Command Central 2012

If you know me at all, you know I love football. In particular, college football. I LIVE for Saturdays in the Fall, and I make sure to live well. How do I do that? A little thing I like to call Command Central.

What is Command Central? That is the name I’ve given to my setup for watching college football each weekend. Usually when people want to watch multiple football games on a Saturday, they’ll channel-flip, or use picture-in-picture, or maybe even head to a sports bar.

I said screw that, I can do better.

Meet Command Central

Each Saturday (Though usually I’ll start piecing it together on Wednesday afternoon for MACtion) of the season my living room transforms into the best college football viewing experience you can imagine. My setup has more games than your average living room, and is more comfortable than your local sports bar. Actually, I probably have more games than your local sports bar too!

If you want to join me on a Saturday during the season, all I ask is that you bring an offering of either drinks or snacks to share with the group. Come as early as you want and stay as late as you can.

Is the game you want to watch not listed? Let me know and I’ll get it on there for you! If you plan on coming over, you already know how to get in touch with me. Just give me plenty of time (a day or so) to rearrange the schedule.

The first week of the season I’ll be at PAX Prime in Seattle, and a few other weekends I’ll be in Houston/Baytown so I’ll be using mobile versions of the setup. If you happen to be where I am that weekend, you’re more than welcome to join me!

The schedule is embedded below, and will be updated throughout the season. Below the schedule I have the specs of each version of the setup, in case you’re interested in that kind of thing.
